Rates are for the whole apartment up to a maximum of 8 persons.

Period	Season

At the moment of your reservation will be made a pre authoritazion as Security Deposit of 300 Euro. Will be made the payment of your stay with your credit card at the moment of your reservation.

Cleaning and concierge costs are 200 Euro for each reservation , the payment for cleaning and concierge cost will be made at the moment of your check in with your credi card.
